Happiness Guarantee/Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days so we can accommodate you as soon as possible to make adjustments. Changes in style or color from the initial consultation require a new appointment. If you have attempted an adjustment elsewhere, your happiness guarantee is considered void. Refunds from services will not be offered.


To ensure that children are safe and each guest enjoys their time at their appointment, only children receiving services will be permitted in the salon. Please arrange childcare.

Please bring your personal device and enjoy our wifi. Please keep your device on silent and use headphones or earbuds as needed. Please keep phone conversations to a minimum for the consideration of others. 


We understand that life happens! If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before. This gives us adequate time to reach out to others on our cancellation list. 

For no shows, a 25% deposit will be required and put toward your next appointment 


If you are not entirely in love with your product, please bring it back to the salon! 75% of the product must remain within a two week period. We will be happy to return or exchange another product that will work for you.
