What is the preferred timeline?
We prefer a 12-16 week timeline in order to have all items in hand to do the trial so we can be prepared for your wedding day. Veils, hair extensions and hair accessories are needed for the bridal trial.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit of $100 for reserving the date on the calendar. This fee is for the time spent on the contract that will be created so expectations are clear before and during the process. If date is cancelled at the 90 day mark, the $100 is refundable.

Do you require a minimum sized
wedding party to book?
No, we accommodate all sizes of wedding parties. No minimum to book, but we need advanced notice of who will be needing services the day of, so we are all prepared for the best results.

Travel Fees
Travels fees apply to any wedding not booked at the salon. It's quite an effort to collect everything and be at your location. We charge $2 per mile, per stylist that attends. We charge one way, to the venue.

Do you have a contract?
Yes, we require a contract for each event so we are both clear on what is expected and what is going to be provided. We also require all charges to be paid in full 2 weeks before the event. We will take care of this long before wedding planning gets stressful!

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancelled wedding, money will not be refunded after the two week mark. We are reserving this day for you and we do not have the ability to book another wedding on short notice.

Can we add people the day of for services?

Does everyone in the wedding party have to get their hair and makeup done?

Do you do touch up services? Reception hair changes?
No, we require all services to be predetermined at least two weeks before to accommodate everyone. We want everyone to be prepared and don't want anyone involved to be rushed.
We want everyone in the wedding party to feel comfortable in preparing for the day! If someone wants to do their own hair and makeup, we will include and make room for all! This includes the salon.
Of course we do! We can arrange for someone to stay on sight at $50 an hour to touch up any hair or makeup throughout the evening for any
member of the original wedding party.
